Characteristics of instrument

This instrument is independently developed by our company, so it may upgrade and update in future. 

This instrument can work independently, or by connecting with computer; so user will have multiple working options. 

This instrument uses the servo control system and it can work more stably.

This instrument uses the high-precision ball screw; it has higher precision and more accurate positioning when compared with similar trapezoidal screw. 

The transmission system of the instrument uses the more stable manner; it has larger gapless tensile strength and can avoid the transmission belt from running up and down. The toothed belt used by the instrument has higher strength and longer service life. 

This instrument does not need to regulate the mechanical limit, can avoid from misoperation, and can realize easy, safe and quick operation. 

The gantry frame of the instrument uses the high-strength aluminum profile to form the transmission support system, and it looks nice. 

Force measurement system: it uses the high-precision sensor. 

Display characteristics: it allows to the dynamic curve follow-up (supervision) in the test process, and the curve coordinates may zoom in and out automatically (without manual intervention); besides, the instrument allows to follow up and display report and curve in the meantime.

Operating software: automatic Chinese and English changeover.
