The furnace uses the special ceramic fiber material, which is featured in light weight, less hot melting and less empty furnace loss; compared with the vintage resistance furnace, it can save the energy by 70% or more. 

This furnace can get temperature rise quickly, and can regulate the temperature rise speed. This programmable design allows to meet the continuous temperature control and temperature constant requirements of 30~50 sections, realize the timed automatic temperature rise and constant temperature, PID self-turning, and allows to change to the function of non-interference and over-temperature alarm manually.
